The Yugra bank strengthened protection of a branch network together with Kaspersky Lab

March 26, 2015. Kaspersky Lab reported^[1] about implementation of the protective solution Kaspersky Security for business more than one thousand workstations and servers of the central office and Yugra bank branches. Technical support in project implementation was given by the partner of Kaspersky Lab — Syssoft company.

Special attention of bank to a question of information security is defined by specifics of banking. The wide branch network of one of the largest Russian banks requires special measures of protection.

"The distributed corporate networks of large financial institutions most strongly depend on quality of information protection as any missed attack can cause a number of extremely undesirable effects: from forced termination of work of the whole department before leak of valuable information and real financial loss. The complexity is in providing effective protection within the distributed corporate network which part hundreds of workstations and servers are.
