March 24, 2015. The Gold Seredina company announced implementation of the CRM system of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the plant of the construction mixes "Oat-flakes". The Manzana Loyalty service developed based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM became a technical basis of the program. The customized service makes available to dealers and the staff of the company a personal account which guarantees quick access to all data, necessary for work, and also informs on a status of the bonus account and special offers of the plant.

Tasks

The main objective which was set by company management Oat-flakes - sales increase and increase in efficiency of dealer network of the plant. For its solution "Oat-flakes" addressed specialists of Gold Seredina company which for 14 years professionally is engaged in development, implementation and management of programs of loyalty. The Manzana Group company which created based on a modern and intuitive CRM system of Microsoft Dynamics CRM the solution for program management of loyalty - Manzana Loyalty acted as integrator of the project.

Result

As a result the Gerkules plant received the automated program as service without purchase costs of own CRM system and its support. The used service, in fact, gave to marketing specialists of Gerkules the chance to communicate directly with the people selling goods of the plant and to tell them directly about new products and advantages of products. In addition, there was an opportunity to analyze sales, to range dealers according to type and segments of sales. Segmentation of participants of the loyalty program, does it more address and effective.

Use of the customized Manzana Loyalty service based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM allowed to make business process by more transparent. And clear also process of accounting of the sold products became visual. Flexible business solution allowed to review process of sales accounting of products, besides information is provided in commodity units now, but not in revenue as was earlier. It gives exact data on the sold goods.
