Project Tasks

For the end of 2013 in "The West Siberian test center" there was no unified information system, information. Management of researches, financial and HR records were organized in the different systems, there was no opportunity to receive full reports and to analyze data. Besides, at such accounting it was difficult to provide effective interaction between divisions. In this connection the decision to implement an information system which will meet all requirements of the organization was made.

The Synergo company having long-term experiment on automation of manufacturing enterprises acted as the partner in implementation. After the analysis of the provided software products the leaders of the center made the decision to implement the standard solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" developed on the modern platform "1C:Enterprise 8" with necessary completions. All process of implementation took place in several stages.

Project Steps

Within works on the first stage as the main objective carrying out a research of the enterprise and preparation of the project documentation necessary for implementation of automated information system based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product was. Collection of information about the current legal and managerial structure of the enterprise was made, the area of automation of an information system within the project was defined, the analysis of the existing regulating documentation was made.

At the second stage the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 configuration - Research center was finished, the module "Management of Researches" is written. Setup and acceptance "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" in trial operation on subsystems managerial, production, accounting and tax accounting in compliance with the approved project documentation is made.

As a result of implementation the staff of the Center had an opportunity of the automated solution of the following tasks:

• management of researches;
• accounting and tax accounting;
• management of fixed assets;
• the regulated reporting;
• personnel management and personnel records;
• sales management;
• settlement with buyers.

Response about implementation

"As a result of automation of monitoring and the analysis of activity, the leaders of the Center received the tools allowing to estimate quickly the state of affairs. Cost analysis allowed to manage effectively product cost that undoubtedly affects positive financial results of the enterprise.
