• The management company Arenda-service Kazan LLC was created in February, 2010 for the purpose of provision of services on object management of a commercial real estate in the market of Kazan.
• In January, 2011 an object of ATTs "Prism" on Pushkin Street, 19 was admitted to complete management. The project began with acceptance of an object in operation, before its final successful management and development.
• In 2011 the management company admitted to management the following objects: 1. business center on Chernyshevsky St., 7; 2. office center on Kasatkin St., 15a; 3. placements on Vosstaniya St., 67a.
• In November, 2012 the agreement on management on the following objects is signed: 1. an object of KRTs "Homeland", unique on the specifics, on Bauman St., 44/8; 2. trade and office center on Gogol St., 3a; 3. the premises of free appointment on Esperanto St., 10; 4. placement on Mayakovsky St., 30; 5. the mansion on Oktyabrskaya St., 25; 6. office center on KSKA st., 3.
• On November 1, 2012 the structural division of management company Real estate Agency ASK-Rielt LLC was created.
• In 2013 the following objects are admitted to management: 1. The administrative shopping center of the Class A is BC Profsoyuzny; 2. Office center on Latypov, 24 - class B; 3. Premises of free appointment to Ostrovsky St., 67; 4. The block office on 1 floor is Mushtari St., 15a; 5. Premises of free appointment to Salimzhanov St. 15/8b.
• In 2014 the following objects are admitted to management: Business center on Parizhskoy Kommune St., 26; Office center on Pushkin St. 20. In six months the project was completely implemented, put into operation and completed by tenants.
• In 2014 joined Arenda-service Kazan LLC Non-profit partnership "Russian Guild of Managing Directors and Developers" (NP RGUD) - the leading public association of management and development companies of Russia and the CIS countries. RGUD as public organization of federal level pursues purposeful policy on creation steady against external conditions and the transparent market of a commercial real estate. A main objective of RGUD – ensuring stable growth of the real estate market of Russia and creating favorable conditions for increase in professionalism of management and development companies. Arenda-service Kazan LLC takes active part in work of RGUD.
