Synergo: Integration module

The module of integration is a software product for data loading from external systems in information bases "1C: Enterprise". The module of integration works as addition to configurations at the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and is not an independent product.

Use of this Module of integration together with the used configuration at 1C: Enterprise platform significantly reduces labor input of input of documents at the expense of the automated loading and data processing from external systems, such as APCS, a monitoring system and navigation, software products from other producers.

The functionality of the Module of integration allows to make setup of algorithms of data processing in a user mode. High reliability and performance of the application solution is provided.

Possibilities of the Integration Module software product

Possibilities of the Module of integration can be separated into the following groups:

• mechanisms for loading and data processing of external systems;
• mechanisms of automatic creation of documents and their further processing;
• mechanisms of visual data mapping of the systems of satellite monitoring.

Loading and data processing

The solution allows to organize the automatic loading and data processing from external systems in a configuration developed on 1C: Enterprise platform 8. On the basis of the loaded data the functionality of the application solution can automatically create documents of a basic configuration.

• Connection of any quantity of external systems is possible;
• Possibility of correction of structure of the loaded data in a user mode;
• Any quantity of external and internal indicators (variables);
• The loaded and internal indicators can be received and processed by different methods:

- comparison to the data existing in base;
- conversion on a formula through an equation editor;
- with data acquisition from constants, registers of data, reference books and details.

Creation and document handling

The Integration Module software product allows to describe methods of creation, filling and document posting in which the loaded data register.
The user has an opportunity directly in the program to configure regulations and settings of data loading from external systems.
The possibility of start of external processing after the automated creation of documents is provided. Besides, the mechanism of a dozapisa of data in already existing documents is implemented. Specialized processing Management of regulations of loading allows to check the history of loading, the additional report allows to make handshake and tracking of the loaded data.

Visualization of geospatial data

The possibility of visual data mapping of the systems of satellite monitoring and the cartographic systems is provided in the solution, there is a possibility of maintaining the list static and mobile geographical zones.

Additional opportunities

The possibility of data loading from external systems with different time zones is provided.
For differentiation of access rights to functions the module includes several roles of users.
