Sberbank of the Russian Federation completed optimization the systems of the formation of the credit documentation

On March 31, 2015 the Asteros Consulting company announced project implementation on automation of formation of the credit documentation for issuance of credits to the large and average organizations for the order of JSC Sberbank of Russia.

Project Tasks

During preparation of the standard transaction from the moment of the appeal to bank of corporate client and before signing of the contract, the inspector considers up to 1 thousand parameters influencing the final text of the document. For a cardinal povyssheniye of quality of process, Sberbank made the decision on use of the innovation approach with replacement of resource-intensive manual transactions with a high-performance product of automation.

According to the results of tender by the contractor and contractor there was an Asteros Consulting company. As the platform of the solution the product xPression of EMC company is selected.

The team of consultants of Asteros Consulting suggested to use the platform of management of IBM Forms entry forms in addition. By means of the intelligent mechanism of enrichment of information, the number of the parameters entered by the specialist during the work with standard credit deals time for their preparation considerably were reduced.

Project Progress

Requirements of standards to information security of the processed and stored data are considered. The system developed by specialists Asteros Consulting accumulates primary data which can be used for generation of the management reporting about the objective level of loading of staff of divisions of crediting.

Ilya Smirnov, the project manager from Asteros Consulting, noted: "During the project we carried out ergonomic expertize of a system. Beginning from arrangement of buttons and finishing with precisely verified text of tooltip balloons – each part which the user faces, together with colleagues from Sberbank we worked to trifles. As a result at us it turned out to create a system which is at first sight intuitive to the specialist who only got to work in it. In turn to bank it allows to reduce training costs and retraining on a profile of loan officers. Trial operation of a system showed the high level of satisfaction of users: based on test measurements saving of time of credit specialists of bank reaches 30%".

In August, 2013 a system is put in operation.

During 2014 the technology is optimized according to responses of users. Integration into the block of crediting of clients of small business is executed and in October, 2014 the bank made the decision on the beginning of transition to compulsory use – i.e., replacement of old process of preparation of documents manually on automatic.

Upon termination of the first quarter 2015 completion of transfer of a system to compulsory use by loan officers of JSC Sberbank of Russia in the territory of the Russian Federation is planned.
