On April 1, 2015 the Maykor-GMCS company announced start of an automated system of collecting and the analysis of the reporting under the block of maintenance and repairs in JSC Rosseti.
Project Tasks
Initially the functionality of the MRO block began to work in 2010, within the information and analytical system of JSC Rosseti implemented by Maykor-GMCS and was used for collecting of planned and actual step-by-step targets of repair programs.

In 2014 the department of management of production assets of JSC Rosseti began program implementation of collecting and information analysis on an item-by-item basis, i.e. planning and tracking of costs for repairs, service and modernization is performed on each power generation facility. With respect thereto the task of upgrade of a subsystem of the MRO block was set for Maykor-GMCS.
Project Progress
The solution is developed in the form of the information and analytical portal. It is used for formation and approval of plans of repair programs of power objects of JSC Rosseti, monitoring of their execution and obtaining the internal and external reporting within "single window".
The solution allows to prepare the reporting both by internal formats of Rosseti group, and in formats of the external organizations – the Ministry of Energy and other government institutions. At the same time unloading of the reporting in the automated workplace Ministry of Energy happens in the automated mode that optimizes costs by its preparation and increases the accuracy of the provided data. If before nearly 90% of time left on collecting and data processing and only 10% remained on the analysis, then with start of an information and analytical system in operation of a labor cost on preparation of the reporting decreased by 4 times.
Project Results
"The updated tool increases efficiency of planning and execution of repair campaigns – we can not just trace as works are performed, but also to timely take measures in case of a deviation from the plan. In 2015 we are going to automate collection of information in forms of situational analytical center and center of technical supervision that will allow to react more quickly to interruptions in electrical supply and more carefully to trace actions for accident prevention", – Denis Dorokhov, the chief expert of department of management of production assets of JSC Rosseti told.
The system of collecting and the analysis of the reporting of a MRO is used in 14 child dependent societies, 150 branches located in 73 territorial subjects of the Russian Federation - 650 users.
"The MRO block is a part of a single system of collecting and the analysis of the reporting of JSC Rosseti in which 2 thousand users work, and 8 departments of Rosseti group are automated. In 2015 additional connection of 2.5 thousand users and automation of seven more departments is planned", – noted Béla Temirkanova, the curator of projects of Maykor-GMCS.
