Zebra Telecom completed preparation of service of the virtual PBX

On April 1, 2015 Bell Integrator announced completion of works on creation of the virtual PBX for Zebra Telecom company.

The virtual PBX is intended for provision of services of the IP telephony to corporate clients of the telecom operator.

One of indispensable conditions from Zebra Telecom, when choosing the platform for the virtual PBX - preserving of continuity of provision of services of communication during its upgrade, including - expansions of the hardware.

Project Progress

The automatic telephone exchange is created on the platform of the solutions used by the foreign infocommunication companies, but yet not widespread in Russia. A server part of the solution - a private cloud in which the functionality of automatic telephone exchange is implemented a software platform integrated systems for the IP telephony, they helped to provide high degree of fault tolerance at ultimate loads.

Project Results

The Zebra Telecom virtual PBX provides for the client uniform short numbering in the company, a recording capability of voice greetings, complete statistics of calls in a personal account, the general telephone directory of the company, record and connection to a talk, black and white lists of numbers, audio conferences and also the IVR functions and Call center.

Zebra Telecom is going to provide automatic telephone exchange platform in lease to third-party telecom operators.
