Saturn LLC, one of dealers of construction materials, implemented the program for dealer network. Service the Mobile office developed based on CRM GYDEX CRM became a technical basis of the program. Service makes available to suppliers and the staff of the company a personal account which guarantees quick access to all necessary for work.
The technological effectiveness of the program created based on GYDEX CRM provided transparency of business processes. The personal account gives confidence to participants that they are not deceived, everything is transparent and is open. And confidence is given by the potential for work.
The main objective which was set by company management Saturn - sales increase and increase in efficiency. For its solution the CRM GYDEX command which for several years professionally is engaged in development, implementation and management of the CRM programs was chosen.
Result - the customer received the automated program as service without purchase costs of own CRM system and its support. The used service, in fact, gave to the customer's marketing specialists the chance to communicate directly and to tell directly about new products and advantages of products. In addition, there was an opportunity to analyze sales, to range dealers according to type and segments of sales. Segmentation of participants in CRM GYDEX does work with the customer base which was more structured and arranged.
Use of GYDEX CRM allowed to make business processes of the Customer by more transparent. And clear also process of accounting of the sold products became visual. Flexible business solution allowed to review process of sales accounting of products, besides information is provided in commodity units now, but not in revenue as was earlier. It gives exact data on the sold goods.
The project cost several tens of thousands of rubles and development and deployment took only a few months specialists of CRM GYDEX. In half a year after the beginning of work with CRM GYDEX the share of sales of participants of automation based on CRM GYDEX made 85% in a total amount of revenue.
