ForsMedia is a system for extraction from social networks of various information on the existing and potential clients.
On April 2, 2015 the Ay-FORS company announced development of the system of ForsMedia for the B2C-market. It provides flexible means for data analysis during the planning of marketing efforts, promotion of products and services, formation of target audience, etc.
At the heart of the solution tools and technologies for work with Big Data. ForsMedia is capable to carry out the detailed analysis of target audience on the basis of the structured and unstructured information distributed on different information resources. Results of such analysis allow to increase efficiency of interaction with the acting clients, to attract new clients and also to create essentially new opportunities for target marketing.
The product executes the automated mass enrichment of the data arriving from social networks. Not only the facts, the "attitude towards smoking", but also the data which are implicitly present at numerous texts of messages, posts, groups of a subscription in an explicit form specified in user profiles of network, for example, – such as preferences, interests, hobby are as a result structured and normalized. For the analysis of the acquired information the instrumental environment of the class data discovery providing the high level of interactivity of work with data and helping to create and check different hypotheses at flexible change of search criterions is used.
Open program interfaces of a system allow to integrate it with the operating CRM products or other information systems, to configure under specific requirements.
