The IAC of support of Justice state automated system completed installation of complexes of control and record of events in legal procedures

On April 2, 2015 the Technoserv company announced delivery of complexes of audio-video fixing for Federal State Unitary Enterprise IAC of Support of State Automated System Pravosudiye.

As the customer in the project the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Information and analytical center of support of Justice state automated system acted.

Project Progress

Within the project Technoserv executed a full range of "turnkey" works, including delivery of program technical means (audio-video fixing complexes), creation of necessary infrastructure, installation and setup of complexes.

Works were carried out in Judicial department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and halls of court sessions in 836 district and city courts, in garrison warships of 56 territorial subjects of the Russian Federation. All complexes are integrated with a subsystem "Judicial office-work and statistics" of Justice state automated system.

Depending on the importance halls of court sessions were equipped or complexes of audio-and video fixing and recording of the course of court sessions (611 complexes), or audiofixings and recordings (2450 complexes). Complexes are intended for fixing, protection against losses, storage and archiving during judicial proceedings of necessary information: digital audio or audio-videos of performances of participants of legal procedure in the hall of court sessions and the brief protocol with the legal proceedings and performances of participants recorded in the chronological sequence. Complexes ensure functioning with records, including broadcast of court session with a possibility of manual shutdown of broadcasting, for example, during announcement of personal data which are not subject to public publicity.

The computers equipped with specialized software, audioswitches, television cameras and a video switching equipment are a part of complexes.

Several objects are retrofitted by storage systems. Infrastructure of data storage is constructed on the Kraftway Express Storage SS32 2U servers, the equipped two processors of architecture Xeon E5-2620 v2 h2, with integration of software of monitoring and management, using standard mechanisms of information exchange on the basis of the WS-Management protocol (DSP0226 DMTF).

Are provided: the notification of administrators by e-mail and the SMS with data of monitoring and assessment of performance of network services, data visualization about change of loading and export of data from the internal database to files of the XML format, CSV, HTML.

Within the project of 255 objects are equipped with the equipment for ensuring interrogation of the witness or the victim during court session without a possibility of its identification by other participants of process. These complexes are intended for ensuring technical capability of change of a voice of the "hidden" witness in process in his interrogation by the judge in real time, bilateral communication of the witness and the judge by means of separate audio-video terminals and broadcast of the changed voice of the witness to the hall of court sessions. Interaction between the premises of the hidden witness and the terminal of the judge will be organized by means of the protected VPN connection.

The project budget under the contract made 674 million rubles. The project is complete at the end of 2014.
