Veystprom E1 implemented "Euphrates"

April 01, 2015. The Veystprom company reported^[1] about system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) and business process automation "E1 Euphrates" Cognitive Technologies company.

After the thorough analysis of all EDMS programs in the market the company stopped the choice on the E1 Euphrates system, based on such features of a system as ease of use and installations. According to Cognitive Technologies, a system allows to configure forms RCC (registration and control cards), routes, reference books, etc. by forces of employees of own IT department of the company. At the same time, a system is distinguished by optimal price relation and qualities: "E1 Euphrates" provides all lifecycle of electronic documents within key business processes of the organization, without requiring excess purchase costs of additional licenses.

In addition, creating a uniform file store, the E1 Euphrates system almost completely fixes a problem of the lost documents, simplifying process of their search. As a result, the executive discipline in the company as time of approval of documents is considerably reduced increases, noted in Cognitive Technologies. Also using EDMS it is possible to control not only completion dates of assigned tasks, but also lifecycle of each carried-out task.
