2015: The v.3 PLM component for the Solid Edge system

APPIUS companies released in April, 2015 update of the v.3 PLM component for the Solid Edge system, considerably having expanded functionality according to wishes of users. The mechanism of loading of models by audits "execution" in which two methods of creation of executions are implemented is entered into a PLM component:

• load model from a management system for engineering data 1C:PDM, take it on editing, make necessary changes, then save model execution, having specified number of execution in attributes of model;
• load the created Solid Edge model into the database in workmanship to the model saved in 1C:PDM.

In the v.3 PLM component the feature to load parts and assemblies into the structure of the Solid Edge model with access rights "only reading" from 1C:PDM is added. Such functionality allows to load from the database of model, the having access rights only on reading (i.e. with the status "in archive", belonging to other users) and to add them to structure of the edited assemblies or to save them audits.

Besides, a new opportunity for the option "Loading of Material from the Engineering Reference Book" – transfer of meaning of parameter of material IC "Thickness" in attribute of a sheet part is implemented.
