Raw materials acceptance:

• Lot-based accounting of the arriving raw materials by agreements with suppliers is implemented;
• Storage of such characteristics of raw materials as weight WMT (wet metric ton), weight DMT (dry metric ton), humidity, contamination, content of non-ferrous and precious metals is implemented;
• The order scheme of acceptance of raw materials is automated.
• A design of the regrading of raw materials arising after the analysis of the arrived raw materials on platforms of the Customer is automated.
• Work of weight is automated, account of excesses and shortages at raw materials acceptance is kept.

Accounting of finished goods:

• Accounting of finished goods to within specific packaging. Existence of two additional cuts of analytics allowing to identify unambiguously products (for example, number of a series and number of a packet, number of melting and number bayonets, and the ave.).
• Activity of factory laboratories is automated. In the program the documents "Passport" and "Certificate" in which data on chemical composition and physical properties of products are entered are implemented.

Shipment of raw materials and products:

• Shipment of raw materials and finished goods is automated. From the program all necessary printed forms form.
• Existence in the program of the data delivered by factory laboratories allows to create the documents accompanying export shipments of the program.
• The special document "Task for Shipment" registering placement of the shipped products in cars and cars for the subsequent execution of way bills is implemented.

Data exchange:

• Each enterprise keeps account in separate information base;
• Data of all enterprises are consolidated in the central base of management company;
• The converting mechanisms which are automatically creating necessary documents in case of movement of raw materials between the enterprises of holding are implemented.
• Transfer and the subsequent approval of chemical analyses of blister copper between Karabashmed Ltd and Kyshtym Medeelektrolitny Plant Ltd is implemented.

The isolated cost accounting:

• Value assessment of the arriving raw materials is made in the central base of management company;
• Assessment is made taking into account the conditions described in specifications and agreements with suppliers. Raw material price can change depending on contamination and the content of metals.

Reporting:

• Specialized reports on samples of the enterprises of the Customer are implemented.

In a system jobs of staff of divisions are automated:

• Weight,
• QUALITY DEPARTMENT, KATZ,
• Economic departments,
• Departments of foreign trade activities,
• Factory laboratories,
• Sales offices.

Automation covers except RMK of 5 more organizations: Ekaterinburg Commercial and Industrial Company LLC (3 separate divisions), Kyshtym Medeelektrolitny Plant Ltd, Karabashmed Ltd, Novgorod Steel Works Ltd, JSC Ural Hydrosteel Works.

In a project deliverable of implementation results are received:

• Reduction of time for document creation of acceptance and shipment of raw materials and finished goods within the unified information system;
• A possibility of control of the movement of raw materials and finished goods on objects of the Company from suppliers, in objects of the Company, from objects of the Company to external buyers;
• Reduction of time for execution of daily and summary reports for the management;
• Consolidation of data of all enterprises of holding in one information base.
