Edisoft minimizes business expenses by means of use of an EDI system

On April 7, 2015 it became known of an implementation project of the Alpha Finance system in a program environment of EDISOFT company.

Project Results

The Edisoft company - provider of services of Electronic Data Interchange of Russia and the countries of the Baltic region, started use of the complex instrument of minimization of expenses of business by means of the increased speed of calculations.

Alfa-Bank provided to Edisoft LLC a possibility of setup of automatic payments on the basis of registers of finance documents for work with the innovation service "Alpha Finance".

"The provided innovation platform integrates in itself keyword parameters of bank remote services and documents of a trade cycle that allows to bring to the new qualitative level of the relation between Bank and its clients. Integration of the channel of remote banking with electronic document management brings to the market the technological solution with new consumer properties", - Vitaly Anpilogov, the managing director of management of settlement business of Alfa-Bank noted.

Mikhail Ralkin, the chairman of the board of EDISOFT group, told: "The combination of experience of EDISOFT in development and deployment of the innovative technologies directed to automation of external and internal document flow of the organizations, and knowledge Alfa-Bank in the field of management of financial flows allowed to create the solution "Alpha Finance", unique in the Russian market. Using this service it is possible to optimize all cycle of the transactions Procurement-to-Pay ("from purchase before payment") – and all this within a single system with a user-friendly interface".
