Complex automation of the company based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8"

Description

For management of different aspects of activity of the enterprise the management made the decision on implementation of the end-to-end information system "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".

As the partner in implementation of the software product the RITs company - the leading "Competence Center on production" of 1C Company was selected from Yekaterinburg.

The first stage of implementation assumed implementation of the following subsystems:

• Purchase management;
• Purchase planning
• Inventory management;
• Order management of buyers;
• Order management in production;
• Production management
• Product data management
• Sales management (shipments);
• Production accounting;
• Products cost accounting.

The second stage of implementation assumed implementation of a subsystem accounting and tax accounting.

As the business objectives standing during the first stage of an implementation project there was following:

• Decrease in a remaining balance in warehouses and turnover of materials;
• Operational accounting of passing of orders;
• Decrease in transaction costs.

Staff of RITs company performed the following works:

• Inspection and drawing up terms of reference;
• Business process modeling based on a control example;
• Development of difficult functionality;
• Primary key user training.

The Customer performed the second stage of implementation and also after-training of end users, trial operation of all implemented subsystems independently.
