"Agenda of meetings" based on Case it is used in department of the administration of the governor of Zabaykalsky Krai

The department of the administration of the governor of Zabaykalsky Krai in March, 2015 purchases the server license of a subsystem of Agenda of Meetings – an additional component for the electronic document management system (EDMS) "CASE". This application is intended for automation of the major activity of authorities – processes of preparation and holding different meetings.

The subsystem of Agenda of Meetings was developed by KS-Consulting company as an alternative to the traditional "paper" procedure of preparation and holding meetings. The subsystem allows to create and unload in the automatic mode from base EDMS "DELO" information necessary for a meeting. The unloaded information is displayed on the screen of the tablet computer or the notebook and includes:

• the unrolled agenda with the list of cases in point;
• information about speakers and participants of a meeting;
• the documents necessary for consideration during the meeting.

The electronic document management system "MATTER" in Zabaykalsky Krai can actually be considered as the regional standard of management of documents. Development of a system in the region began in 2004. Then the Administration of the Chita region (Zabaykalsky Krai was formed in 2008 as a result of consolidation of the Chita region and the Agin-Buryat Autonomous Okrug) purchased the first jobs of EDMS "DELO". Today in authorities of Zabaykalsky Krai more than 1400 jobs of the CASE system and the subsystem "DELO-Web" are used. All employees who are taking part in document flow of the Government of the region and also the staff of administrations of areas, settlements and city districts are connected to uniform EDMS of executive authorities.

The CASE system in the Government of Zabaykalsky Krai step by step develops and solves all new and new problems, many of which are already beyond classical EDMS. So, since the beginning of 2013 in executive authorities of edge the Internet interaction module with the federal executive authority/ROIV websites on citizens' appeals to the President of Russia", developed by KS-Consulting company began to work ". This module allows to place automatically information on the course of consideration of the citizens' appeals which arrived from the Russian President Administration in Personal accounts of applicants. Also works on interface of EDMS "DELO" with the system of interdepartmental electronic document management (MEDO) were carried out.

In 2015 development of ESED "DELO" in executive authorities of edge passed to a stage of automation of organizational and consultative activity. For these purposes the subsystem of Agenda of Meetings on 45 users was purchased. The subsystem allows to implement preparatory work on formation and mailing of the agenda in EDMS "DELO" and also ensures the current functioning with the agenda on tablet computers and notebooks running Windows 8.x Pro OS. All this significantly reduces time for preparation of meetings and gives the chance to hold meetings in a format, convenient for its participants.
