Serpukhovskaya Municipal Unitary Enterprise heating system (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

The Soft-Portal company completed an implementation project of program system "1C: Management of a heating system", 1C Company developed jointly with specialists, on Serpukhovskaya teploset Municipal Unitary Enterprise.

Acquaintance of a heating system to the program "1C: Management of a heating system" for 1C:Enterprise 8 happened in 2011. The task to select the software product which would allow to provide complex automation of the enterprise was set for department of information technologies of the enterprise. It was necessary to automate in a single system:

• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Payroll;
• Conducting personnel records;
• Purchase management;
• Inventory management;
• Production management;
• Sales management;
• Sales management of thermal energy.

In an analysis result of the software market a choice was made for benefit of the program "by 1C: Management of a heating system" joint development of 1C Company and Soft-Portal company Ufa.

This program contains necessary functionality, considers industry specifics of the enterprise and allows to organize accounting at the enterprise in the single database. Important feature of the program is the friendly interface, an opportunity to independently execute completions of the program, without depending on the developer and also efficiency of an exit of the free updates considering the last legislative modifications and the giving new program capabilities.

Process of implementation was conducted jointly with specialists of department of information technologies of Serpukhovskaya teploset Municipal Unitary Enterprise.

Prior to implementation of the program "1C: Management of a heating system" at the enterprise was used the following software:

• 1C: Accounting 7.7 is automation of accounting and tax accounting;
• 1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7 – automation of payroll calculation and conducting personnel records;
• The automated workplace program Heat and the self-written program on "FoxPro" - automation of sale of thermal energy.

Proceeding from it, in the course of implementation of the program "1C: Management of a heating system" specialists of Soft-Portal company should solve the following problems:

• Transfer data from the former accounting systems to a new system;
• Execute user training to work in a new system;
• Execute necessary completions of a system under requirements of the Customer;
• Provide personnel training of the enterprise;
• Render consultations to users during the filling of the reference information, input of primary documents in a new system;
• Create uniform command center the enterprise;
• Carry out calculation of the block of sale of thermal energy;
• Create the balance sheet.

In a work progress tunings of a subsystem of sale of thermal energy which allowed to automate were performed: Conducting contract work;

• Creation of structure of thermal network with all its characteristics (hour loadings, calculated parameters of objects);
• Accounting of indications of simple and connected metering devices;
• Carrying out calculation of a holiday of thermal energy (including calculation of losses for pipelines);
• Formation and printing of payment documents;
• Conducting settlement.
• In April, 2013 implementation of the software product "1C: Management of a heating system" on Serpukhovskaya teploset Municipal Unitary Enterprise successfully was completed.

The uniform command center created as a result the enterprise based on the program "1C: Management of a heating system" was completely replaced by functionality of the programs used earlier. Thanks to the implemented program it was succeeded to set the reasons and to hold further events for economy of energy resources, increase in efficiency of use of business assets, decrease in operational losses.

Runtime of calculation of a holiday of thermal energy in comparison with the previous accounting system was minimized. It allowed to provide operational formation of payment documents and transfer to their consumers with the subsequent timely payment. As a result the collecting of money increased, receivables decreased. Maintenance of a single system allowed to cut down expenses of the enterprise on information service.

The program is in commercial operation: specialists execute calculations for thermal energy since January, 2013, on accounting and tax accounting the balance in 1 quarter 2013 is handed over, the payroll is accrued since March, 2013. In the program 50 users, including 20 specialists of sales office of thermal energy work.

Program "1C: Management of a heating system" provided a backlog on further automation of the enterprise. Serpukhovskaya teploset Municipal Unitary Enterprise is satisfied to data modern the solution of 1C Company and plans further development of a system. The program and solutions with its use are recommended by specialists of "The Serpukhov heating system" for complex automation of heating systems, management companies and other resource supplying organizations.
