Media Markt for the Loyalty program of "Hitroshoping" selected from quality of the CRM system of Manzana Loyalty

The network of hypermarkets of home appliances and Media Markt electronics started the loyalty program – "Hitroshoping". Card owners of loyalty will be able not only to shop with benefit, but also to participate in draws of different prizes. As the solution for automation of the loyalty program the Manzana Loyalty system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM was selected.

The project of automation of the Loyalty program was started in a short time – in 10 weeks. To find the supplier and to carry out the tasks set for the Loyalty program, Media Markt held the tender among possible contractors of the project. As a result of the tender as a system for processing of the Loyalty program and automation of marketing communications Manzana Loyalty based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM was selected.

Within the project the solution proposed by developer company of Manzana Group was integrated with the system of processing of gift cards, SMS providers, a personal account, booths in sales points, the stand for carrying out lotteries. In October the pilot project, and was started later and the flagman shop in Moscow tested the new Loyalty program. Further this solution is started in all other shops of Media Markt network.
