The Ekaterinburg company "RITs" completed the project on implementation of the integrated configuration "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C:CRM PROF 8" in Energopribor Company which delivers autotractor electric equipment.
According to the customer, for effective work in the market of trade in spare parts it is necessary to update constantly the range and to provide existence of necessary goods in a warehouse. In the conditions of continuous growth, the solution of these tasks of the company requires the automation system which will be able to provide customer relationship management, planning and control of actions of managers, process control of sales, the analysis of key indicators of activity.
Now automated management of contact information, precontractual work with customers (formation of commercial offers), sales (formation of agreements and orders of buyers, reservation of goods, analysis of orders, shipment of goods to buyers), stocks and purchases (automatic formation of supplier orders, goods receipt accounting), money and debt, pricing. A system is used in 12 workplaces.
A common information space on work with clients, partners and suppliers allowed the company to plan and coordinate work of sales managers and also to estimate efficiency of each manager, to adjust operational information exchange between departments.
By the customer's estimates, process of formation of requests to suppliers and accomplishment of orders of buyers is improved. By drawing up purchase orders statistics of sales, the current stock remainders, customer orders and a number of coefficients is considered. An opportunity of electronic information exchange (price lists, state-of-health data of warehouse stocks, orders, delivery notes) with clients of the company is had. All this allowed to optimize warehouse stocks, to increase service rate of buyers, to provide existence of necessary goods in a warehouse.
