The logistic operator of JSC RailTransAuto uses the workflow system THESIS now. New EDMS replaced with itself the outdated system which was earlier automating processes of work with documents in the organization.
JSC RTA performs railway delivery of domestic and foreign cars from the producer to places of sale. The company owns the park of specialized cars automobile-carriers, largest in Russia, which contains more than two thousand units of the rolling stock and also own network of automobile terminals in all large transport hubs of the Russian Federation from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok.
EDMS THESIS was implemented in IT infrastructure of the company for the purpose of replacement of the outdated system applied by the organization to automation of workflow processes. Within an implementation project conventional processes of office, management of documents and agreements and control of performing discipline were automated.
