The following works were performed:

• Consulting on the choice of software and options for its maintenance
• Installing Software on Customer Computers
• Collect and analyze customer requirements for the automated system
• Creating User Rights Interfaces and Sets
• Technical implementation of specific accounting and control features in the automation system (adaptation)
• Connection of specialized equipment (for example, sales equipment)
• Integration with other 1C: Enterprise-based systems
• Initial Settings for Standard/Industry Solution (Program) to Start Accounting
• Entry of initial residues/help in entering initial residues
• Individual training at the customer's office

The following functions are automated:

• Warehouse Inventory Management
• Product Redundancy
• Control and accounting of serial numbers, expiry dates and certificates

Maintenance:

• Preferential 1S:ITS support has been issued (for the first 3/6 months from the beginning of 1C operation: Enterprises of the PROF version)
• Consulting is carried out on methodological issues of working with the 1C program
• Individual or group training of ITS information system
• Updating the platform and typical configurations "1C: Enterprise," diagnosing the state of the information base, creating archive copies
• Consulting is carried out on technical issues of working with 1C software products

Description

As a result of the implementation, the following business processes were automated: Entering specifications for state contracts; Accounting of goods receipt, including the loading of electronic invoices; Formation of requirements of departments; Coordination of requirements with flexible route setting for different product groups of the pharmacy assortment; Delivery of goods to departments; Placement of goods in sister posts; Write-off of goods; Data transfer to the application solution "1C: Budget Institution Accounting"; Formation of printed and reporting forms.
