  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Individual training at office of the customer

The Following Functions Were Automated:

  • Office-work
  • Accounting and document storage
  • Maintaining nomenclature of affairs
  • Accounting and control of execution of instructions
  • Time recording
  • Accounting of agreements
  • Work with citizens' appeals

Maintenance:

  • The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
  • Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed

Description

Open joint stock company "The URALCHEM united chemical company – one of the largest companies in the market of mineral fertilizers in the Russian Federation, the CIS and Eastern Europe. The company is the Russian leader in production of ammonia and ammonium nitrate and also takes the second place in Russia on production volumes of nitrogen fertilizers.

Because the organization has a difficult organization structure, approval of documents took a lot of time. Also it was required to solve the following problems:

  • transfer storage of documents to a single platform of 1C: Enterprise,
  • solve problems with errors of manual entry of documents,
  • provide documentary confirmation of expenses,
  • document retrieval in archive,
  • cut down expenses on mail transfers, supplies, maintaining archives.

For automation of office-work by the enterprise the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product since it is ideal for commercial enterprises with a difficult organization structure and difficult document flow was selected. A choice of the partner in implementation was made for benefit of the Avtomatization ucheta Group-company having wide experience of implementation of this software product.

Works were performed on:

  • to the analysis of an operating procedure with documents of primary accounting,
  • determinations of groups of admission,
  • descriptions of business processes,
  • to setup, modification, documentation.

This product solved problems of automation of turnover of white papers of the enterprise, including collective work of employees on their approval, a statement, registration, accounting, acquaintance, consideration, execution control, etc. As a result:

  • the transparency of business processes increased;
  • the performing discipline increased;
  • the efficiency of approval and document approval of the organization increased;
  • speed of approval of agreements increased.
