In OTsZVS Pearl of Siberia Directum implementation came to the end

April 09, 2015. The System-Consult company, the certified partner of DIRECTUM, reported^[1] about project completion on implementation of Directum in the Tyumen Regional center of winter sports Pearl of Siberia ^[2].

Project Progress

The implementation project of Directum started in November, 2014. Two key tasks were set for the project: accelerate document flow between divisions and increase controllability of processes of approval of documents. At the first stage business solution "Classical office-work" was implemented, besides, System-Consult was specially developed by specialists a route of approval of agreements on purchases.

So, automation affected basic processes: registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence; approval, registration and mailing of internal organizational and administrative documentation; acquaintance and control of execution under orders and orders; work with memos of different types; approval of agreements on purchases.

All key staff of Pearl of Siberia was trained on specialized training courses of Directum, a part of employees was trained directly at workplaces during a stage of trial operation.

Result

Upon completion of an implementation project all administrative personnel of Pearl of Siberia, the management and the staff of the main divisions, passed to electronic document management. From the first days of work in the Directum system considerable reduction of time of approval of documents is noted. For example, on approval of memos instead of several days several hours leave, and consideration of agreements on purchases takes only 3-5 days instead of several weeks.

"We conducted negotiations on Directum implementation with Pearl of Siberia nearly 2 years. Well in advance an implementation project we concretized all main objectives and planned optimal time for start of works when the personnel are not overloaded with the current work. During Directum implementation we always rely on key staff of the customer" — Vladimir Trofimov, the commercial director told System-Consult.
