Description
JSC No11 Territorial Generating Company (JSC TGC-11) - one of the largest the heat power enterprises of Siberia, integrated the generating capacities Omsk and Tomsk areas. JSC TGC-11 manages thermal power stations and boiler houses with a set total electric power of 1971 MW and with a thermal power of 7732 Gcal. The head office of the company is located in the city of Novosibirsk.
On IT department of the company which supplies with the heat and electric power millions consumers, serious responsibility and considerable volume of tasks of IT is conferred to ensuring business. According to the recommendation of data center Softservice to optimize work of Management IT of the Omsk branch of JSC "TGC-11" it was solved using software "by the 1C:ITIL Management information technologies of the PROF enterprise", created taking into account the best world practician and recommendations of ITIL v.3 library.
Within the joint project the large volume of works is executed:
- incident management processes, accomplishment of requests, management are implemented
configurations and assets of services;
- the directory of business services is created;
- in the directory of custom services services in agreements with suppliers and contract are specified
organizations;
- there is a filling of the directory of technology services;
- technical integration with an electronic document management system Case is implemented.
Following the project the functionality of a system was independently expanded by the customer:
- 350 jobs, to each workplace and each unit are inventoried
ADP equipment the barcode is appropriated and pasted;
- accounting of movement, receipt, write-off of ADP equipment is conducted in a system with
help of mobile terminals of data collection;
- the system interface taking into account reorganization and process automation of accounting is finished and
movements of configuration units.
