Andoc Cloud (DocsVision in a lease/cloud)

Andoc Cloud is service in lease of the solution on the Docsvision platform in virtual environment (SaaS model).

The solution Docsvision and the module "Management of Documents" are a part of service of Andoc Cloud.

The service offers service by three tariff plans: Start, Standard and Pro. As a part of all:

• Docsvision platform and module "Management of Documents"

• Access by means of a remote desktop, the browser and "thick client"

• The configured structure of the organization
  • the configured types and document types and tasks,
  • the configured roles and users,
  • mail,
  • easy and thick clients,
  • protection of access

• * VPN
  • and other.

• The Docsvision built-in application containing all necessary functionality in finished form for use in basic scenarios of document flow without the need for organizational selection of office, controllers, clerks and registrars.

• File allocation in file storage

There are differences in tariff plans.

2015: The cloud service of Andoc Cloud is available

On April 10, 2015 it became known of the beginning of providing service of work with the Docsvision system on the SaaS model from Angon Novaya company^[1].

The service of Andoc Cloud ensures functioning with the ready-made solution on the platform EDMS Docsvision in virtual environment.

As a part of Andoc Cloud the set-up solution automating work with the documents and business processes necessary for effective work of any company (agreements, ORD, office, archive and others). The service is available in several hours after registration.

Within the selected rate the user obtains in lease a necessary set of licenses Docsvision and Windows Server, the virtual server with all software, necessary for work, and the solution Docsvision.

The Andoc Cloud service ensures protection and safety of data, routing of mail sending tasks and tasks, an opportunity for work with other modules Docsvision, including, with integration modules about 1C, the Diadoc and many other things.

2016

What is received by the client, using "DocsVision in a cloud"? First of all — the ready-made solution of a set of tasks of work with documents, business processes and instructions. Powerful instruments, such as reference books, designers and the designer of business processes, are built already in the platform and allow to make without programming necessary changes to the solution. The server ready to work with problems of electronic document management, and online access from any place in the world in convenient time is a part of service.

Overview of cloud infrastructure "DocsVision in a cloud"

On the virtual machine of the client it is set OS Windows Server, SQL- the server of edition Express or Standard depending on type of service and quantity of the automated jobs, the workflow system with the components necessary for the customer and also the mail server providing sending electronic correspondence and notifications for mailboxes of clients. The backup of virtual machines and if it is required, backup by regular means of SQL is a part of service.

Using the thin client (web browser), the user is connected to EDMS, will become authorized and starts tasks. A system allows to execute instant document retrieval, to control execution of orders of the specific employee, department or division in the form of evident reports and reminders:

The platform used at the heart of the solution is customized at the expense of a set of the built-in reference books, opportunities of a doprogrammirovaniye and redesign of business processes. The interface allows to execute completion of the solution, to change design of cards, to configure access rights, to automate business processes at the discretion of the client. These and other opportunities are a part of service.

The company "Andoc" — the certified partner "DocsVision" — proposes the solution of own development within service EDMS DocsVision available in the SaaS model. The solution passed test by the staff of DocsVision and is available from the directory of vendor. For the maximum safety and reliability of data of clients virtual infrastructure of service in lease of DocsVision is placed in a cloud "IT-GRAD" (IaaS), based on DPC DataSpace the Tier III level.
