MFC of the Chuvash Republic completed control automation by flows of visitors

On April 14, 2015 the AT Consulting company announced project completion on implementation of the uniform electronic management system for queue (UEMSQ) in 28 multifunction centers of the Chuvash Republic. The partner in the project of JSC Rostelecom.

Project Tasks

According to the decree of the Russian President No. 601 "About the main directions of improvement of a system of public administration", one of the main objectives of the subjects of the Russian Federation - ensuring availability of services of the multifunction centers (MFC) and increase in satisfaction of level of their rendering. In 28 MFC of the Chuvash Republic located in 23 municipal entities 122 state and 54 municipal services in the directions are rendered:

  • real estate and housing questions,
  • education,
  • licensing,
  • civil registration,
  • social services.

Project Results

In a project deliverable for April 13, 2015 in all MFC of the Chuvash Republic works a single system of an electronic queue. A system was created by AT Consulting company, it represents the hardware and software system promoting effective management of flows of visitors from the staff of MFC. A system processes more than 2 thousand addresses a day.

All this allows to increase significantly efficiency of the multifunction centers, to increase quality of the rendered services and also to provide comfortable conditions for interaction of operators and visitors of the centers", – Elena Viktorova, the head of AU of MFC of the Ministry of Economic Development of Chuvashia noted.
"Implementation of a single system of queue management in all MFC, acting in the territory of the Chuvash Republic, provides access to tools for the analysis of satisfaction of citizens with service quality. A system allows to carry out the analysis on load of operators, giving an idea of during what period what services or groups of services are most demanded. On the basis of measurable statistical and analytical indicators it is possible to take specific steps to improve a situation and to increase loyalty of citizens", – Andrey Kaprenin, the manager of projects of AT Consulting company told.
