On April 14, 2015 it became known of the project of NAVAT company and the Sviaz-Bank - joint development of the integration solution Siebel Money Transfer Gate (Siebel MTG) between Oracle Siebel CRM and Payment system of BLIZKO bank.

Project Results
The solution allows to execute all range of transactions with money transfers of the BLIZKO system of a single window, including sending and issue of money transfers, transfer search, predesign of cost of translation.
Using Siebel MTG process of filling of a form of transfer as there is an opportunity to use the forms given the CRM system for automatic filling considerably became simpler.
Data on senders and receivers of transfer are included in Oracle Siebel CRM that provides opportunities for conducting cross-sellings, promotes quality improvement of information customer service.
