The Life financial group started a payment gateway

On April 14, 2015 it became known of the project of development of a universal payment gateway in FG Life. Integrator Neoflex company.

Project Tasks

FG Life develops a system for performing banking transactions. Within this process the Neoflex company executed control automation by transfers by means of the payment gateway accelerating service of both physical, and legal entities. For clients of FG Life the gateway became uniform point of entry of all payments.

Processing of payments affects all accounting systems of bank:

• CORE BANKING SYSTEM,
• the front office for individuals,
• processing system,
• the system of payment acceptance through aggregators.

Project objective - removal of business logic of payments and functions of control over integrity of process of execution out of limits of these systems, building of uniform business process of accomplishment and control of payments on the basis of a payment gateway.

Project Progress

All documents of bank, getting to the gateway, are identified and go along the certain route including stages of debiting, crediting and reflection in the ledger. At the exit in several seconds in a system the positive or negative result which is already reflected in balance of the client is returned. At the same time the integrity of process is maintained, and in case of problems at one of stages there is "rollback" of all previous steps of execution of payment. In use the gateway it is possible to configure rules of routing according to changes of accounting rules and an IT landscape of banks of group.

Evgeny Pavlov, head of the department of development and support of the software of FG Life: "We pay much attention to quality of the services rendered to clients. For this reason the main objective of the project was to increase reliability of implementation of payments, thereby having increased quality of the provided services. Due to centralization of payments and control of integrity of processes we managed to reduce quantity of emergency situations and also to lower time of problem solving, arising at our clients".
