Description

Served as the reasons of system implementation of automation dissatisfaction of Company management with an old information system, such as:

  • efficiency of obtaining information;
  • heterogeneity of information systems;
  • use of paper carriers of information by the company.

Therefore in connection with the growing production volumes, company management the decision on transition to the unified information system was made. The main objective of the project – to receive the unified information system, to lower labor costs on data processing, to increase transparency and efficiency of accounting of works and materials. In the course of search by the management of the information technical solution satisfying to the purposes, tasks and requirements which are set for itself by the company a choice for benefit of the software product "1C was made: Management of construction organization 8". The choice of this solution is reasoned by the maximum compliance of a configuration to requirements of the Customer As the implementer the Project IT Group company was selected.

At the moment implementation is successfully complete, further development of a system is made by forces of internal services of the Customer. Specialists of LLC Project IT Group perform the following works on implementation of the software product: 1. Formalization of Business processes; 2. Collecting and requirement analysis of the Customer to automated a system; 3. Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule; 4. Technical implementation of functionality of a system according to Business processes of the company; 5. Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights; 6. Transfer of a remaining balance from different bases; 7. Maintenance of trial operation of a system; 8. Personnel training on work with the program and modifed functionality; 9. Completion of functionality of a system according to the requirement of the Customer, arising in the course of trial operation of a system.

The following functions were in whole or in part automated: 1. Input and the centralized maintaining the normative reference information; 2. Accounting of contract activities: registration of the schedule of execution of works on to agreements of the customer, contractor, subcontractor; 3. Production planning:

  • Planning of a necessary resource on an object;
  • Planning of necessary amount of materials for purchase, according to the registered schedules under agreements with customers,

4. Accounting of productive activity: accounting of the performed works (formation of KS-2, KS-3); 5. Accounting and tax accounting; 6. Personnel management, payroll; 7. Purchase management and cash management; 8. Different reports are developed for all divisions of the enterprise which allow to trace timely implementation phases of the job schedule to obtain summary information on results of activity of all divisions and allow to carry out the analysis of activity of the enterprise.

In total 250 jobs are automated. After input of a system in commercial operation the Project IT Group performs consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C and user support on the current questions. Implementation of the software product "1C: The management of Construction organization 8" allowed to receive to the Customer the effective instrument of operational accounting of construction and productive activity of the company, accounting and tax accounting and planning, and the friendly and easy interface in mastering did not create problems in learning process and masterings of the program for the staff of the company.
