Gardena (1C: Accounting)

The RG-Soft company completed the project of complex automation on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform in Gardena Rus companies, affiliated firm of Gardena company.

The company is engaged in production of the garden tool and equipment. In the Russian representative office more than 40 people work.

Creation of a scalable corporate information system for maintaining a trading activity was a main objective of the project. For management of warehouse transactions the 1C: Trade Management 8 configuration, for accounting and implementation of additional corporate standards on detailing of reporting information – "1C: Enterprise Accounting 8", and for conducting personnel records – "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" was selected.

During the project the trade configuration was adapted to specifics of a company performance: for obtaining specialized reports for the head company additional qualifiers of the nomenclature and additional characteristics were entered. The accounting and personnel systems were implemented without significant completions. Necessary mechanisms of data exchange are configured.

Work with use several a component of the unified information system allowed to separate trade, accounting and personnel records that, by the customer's estimates, significantly simplified a problem of setup of the rights and roles of access and also promoted reduction of time for accomplishment of different transactions.

By this moment 20 jobs for the staff of sales department, purchasing department, accounting and for the CEO are automated.
