OSS Prime implementation project in the telecom operator of Elitel Telecommunication Group

One of the implementing solution OSS Prime, OSS Prime companies, implementation in the telecom operator of Elitel Telecommunication Group is.

The operator provides services of fixed connection for business, executes projects on creation of corporate networks of voice transmission and data, provides virtual telecommunication services and also a hosting, colocation. Clients of the operator are legal entities, the number of subscribers more than 2000.

What problems needed to be solved at the customer?

Complex business process automation of the company, accounting of resources, services, order taking from subscribers, problem management on networks and accounting of the equipment.

From additional wishes which are implemented in a system within delivery:

• templates of standard documents – independent loading of acts, agreements.
• an output of all dynamic information on a system, on accounting of resources and the equipment.
• accounting of MAC addresses.
• setup shutdown is made for VIP clients at whom auto disconnect for failure to pay does not work and only manually.
• exposure of control terms according to requests according to types of requests.
• integration about 1C and drawing of accounts.

Feature of implementation – the boxed solution, with the minimum adaptation.

The following solution modules are implemented: technical accounting, xCRM, billing, administration.

For implementation the licenses OSS Prime were used. At the moment the letter of acknowledgement is signed and process of implementation moves to end.
