Alpha Link

Alpha Link - the web application intended for customer service of Alfa-Bank bank — legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. The browser and permanent connection to the Internet is necessary for work in a system.

The product implements the channel of remote service — Alpha and Business Online Internet bank which "the Alpha Client of On-line" replaced the predecessor, has the advanced functionality matching the individual need of users.

Functions

• carrying out payments from the checking account in Russian rubles;

• accomplishment of currency transfers and instructions for converting;

• information in real time on cash flow on accounts;

• sending letters to bank;

• work in "one window" with all clients connected to a system and the accounts opened in bank;

• a system works via the browser and does not require installation of the additional software;

• export of the statement to the file;

• depth of storage of statements — 5 years, but not earlier than 2012 and not earlier than date of opening of the account;

• unloading of statements and payment orders in pdf, restriction — no more than 1000 transactions for the period;

• integration with cloud accounting;

• batch print of statements for the period;

• mobile version of a system;

SMS notification.

In a system it is possible to send:

• application for payment;

• letter;

• currency transfer;

• order for converting.

It is possible to receive:

• letter;

• statement;

• turnover balance sheet.

According to the federal law of 4/6/2011 No. 63-FZ for enciphering the simple electronic signature is used.

2015: Alpha Link became available

On April 16, 2015 Alfa-Bank announced integration Alpha Link with a 1C system. The product became available to users — legal entities and entrepreneurs, in all regions of presence^[1].

Having included support of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system, the bank implemented it and for "1C: Accounting 8". Work with accounts happens directly in program 1C, without use of Internet bank.

"Users of the 1C: Accounting program are generally the companies of small business. It is sure that our clients will estimate an opportunity to work with bank accounts and documents in the uniform program, usual for themselves — Vadim Belopolsky, the head of department of development of corporate electronic channels of Alfa-Bank said. — The convenience Alpha Link also consists that any ERP system used by our clients can be integrated with Alfa-Bank for the most operational work with accounts of the company".
