SK "Partner" implements the system of a video conferencing

On April 20, 2015 the COMPAREX company announced end of a pilot project of a system of a video conferencing on the basis of the Cisco servers by request of Kompanyon insurance group.

Project Tasks

The Kompanyon insurance Group has a developed agency network of 400 branches, departments and sales offices in 70 cities of the Russian Federation. The territorial dispersion assumes regular interaction of staff of the company using video, audio communications. However simple network IT infrastructure of the company and quality of video conference did not provide substitution of presence of the employee in the meeting room that slowed down decision making process, and frequent business trips displaced the working schedule of heads and employees, increased costs of the enterprise for traveling expenses.

"Modern means of communication allow to resolve many issues of remote interaction therefore we needed the effective communication solution allowing to use optimum working time of heads and employees, to increase effective management of business, but without significant changes in the existing IT infrastructure of the company", - Anton Samorukov, the head of service IT of Kompanyon insurance group noted.

Project Progress

For optimization of operating costs of communications between employees, reductions of time for decision making, the IT management made the decision on upgrade of a system of a video conferencing in the company. Solving an assigned task, the company addressed specialists of COMPAREX. On the basis of technical specifications specialists of the contractor executed pilot implementation using the Cisco servers and terminal units for multipoint conferences. Testing was held within a month based on which the IT guide of the customer made the decision on complex implementation of the offered project.
