Specialists of the Center of consulting projects (the group "IT Polyus") execute implementation of the module of transport logistics and forwarding based on the solution "1C:Enterprise 8. TMS Logistics. Management of transportations" for Kistoun Lodzhistiks LLC.

Project Tasks

Kistoun Lodzhistiks – the high-growth company therefore the sharpest are questions of information management of the movement of loads, execution of all necessary documents, control of settlement and management of cost value of logistic transactions. Prior to the beginning of the project work of personnel on these directions was carried out in separate tables of Excel.

Project Steps

The contractor of the project on automation of operational activity selected the Center of consulting projects. During comparative assessment of 3 products from different developers (on the 1C: Enterprise platform that was essentially for the customer), their presentations to the customer and comparisons of functional completeness was selected the solution "1C:Enterprise 8. TMS Logistics. Management of transportations".

The project began in December, 2012 with automation of accounting and inspection of business processes of management of freight forwarding in multimodal transportations.

At the beginning of the project the concept of development of the AIS was developed, priorities are defined.

System implementation was step-by-step:

  • Business process modeling on the standard solution and development of technical specifications on adaptation is carried out;
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management (adaptation) is carried out.
  • The full stroke of implementation within an automated system of operational work of logistical managers and a workplace of the head for obtaining the operational and summary management reporting on activity of the company is executed
  • Individual training of employees to systems capabilities is provided.

The main subsystems and functions implemented in a configuration:

  • A workplace of the logistical manager for input and control of data on transportation;
  • Planning of income and expenses according to the transaction;
  • Reflection of the actual income and expenses according to the transaction;
  • Calculation and reflection of the broker commission (receiving / rendering broker services);
  • Calculation of a target, pro and actual marginal profit for transactions;
  • Plan-fact income analysis, expenses, a marginal profit and profitability according to transactions in transaction currency and currency of management accounting;
  • Plan-fact profit analysis according to transactions in terms of unit of the transported load in transaction currency and currency of management accounting;
  • Statement of invoices for payment to buyers;
  • Registration of requests for a funds expenditure, mechanism of an approval of requests;
  • Planning of receipts and cash write-offs, formation of the payment schedule, analysis of a payment on accounts and to requests;
  • Control of settlement with partners in transaction currency and currency of management accounting;
  • The cash accounting, the analysis of cash flows according to transactions and overheads in currency of the monetary account and currency of management accounting;
  • Accounting of goods in a warehouse, control of execution of internal orders, reservation, control of execution of supplier orders;
  • Lot-based accounting of cost of goods, accounting of additional expenses in the cost of goods (TZR);
  • Planning and plan-fact operation analysis of loading terminals, calculation of need for a container and packaging;
  • Control of the status of accomplishment of transactions, differentiation of the rights to actions according to transactions with the different statuses;
  • Control of existence of originals of documents according to transactions;
  • Accounting of delivery notes and other income and expenses;
  • Procedural operations on calculation of a financial result;
  • Calculation of net profit for activity of the Company;
  • Organizer: files, notes, reminders;
  • Accounting of income and expenses by the organizations, divisions, transactions.

The solution is individual development, however can be applied to automation of different fields of activity of the enterprise of the customer in case of development of the new business directions.

Project Effect

Users of the automated module of transport logistics and forwarding are most of employees of the enterprise.

Since the company quickly develops and during implementation of the AIS additional requirements to functions of a system began to form more accurately, in parallel with commercial operation there is a process of permanent development of functionality: on automation of work of managers, on development of analytic and reporting functions for administrative personnel, on addition with the specific functions reflecting features of accounting in different steps of the movement of a load.

Thus, the AIS is in permanent development, is actively operated practically by all staff of the company. The possibility of the round-the-clock support of work of specialists of the customer taking into account the distributed structure of the organization for several kontineta of Earth is also provided.
