April 20, 2015. The Electronic Office Systems company reported[1] about implementation of EDMS Matter in District city administration of Yakutsk.
Implementation of EDMS was performed from 2012 to 2014 and now is fully completed. Today 71 structural divisions of District administration and 493 users are involved in a system. In total by the customer it is purchased 591 licenses of a product that completely satisfies the need for equipment of jobs of the automated EDMS.
The solution allowed not only to arrange document flow, but also to establish interdepartmental electronic cooperation with executive bodies of the government of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic – the participants of MED of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic using Server of Electronic Interaction technology of EOS Group company. Today such organizations there is 61. The Infosistemy company acted as integrator of the project.
