Soft-Portal the ACS of JSC Apatityvodokanal program system automated "1C: Water Utility Management"

4/16/2015. The Soft-Portal company announced^[1] completion of automation of an ACS of JSC Apatityvodokanal based on specialized program system "1C: Water Utility Management".

Goals and Objectives

The flexibility of system settings of algorithms and also openness of a program code allowed to perform implementation of the program by forces of own specialists of department of an ACS. Before group of implementation there was an effective objective — to pass to a uniform software package for work of different departments of the enterprise. The main objectives at implementation of the 1C: Water Utility Management program became: data transfer from old programs in new, standardization of reference books, personnel training.

Project Progress

During implementation there was a need for completion of a subsystem "Settlings with the population for water" under special needs of JSC Apatityvodokanal. Programmers of Soft-Portal company carried out the following work: necessary calculation formulas are added; the implementation calculation algorithm is added to the agreement; calculation of cost of all-house metering devices for the population is added.

Programmers of JSC Apatityvodokanal finish following features: introduction of three signs after a comma in rates; making changes in names of objects of network; entering of serial number of the metering device into the document list "Indications of Metering Devices".

Result

Cooperation of divisions of the enterprise was as a result established, data transparency, a possibility of their receiving and the analysis by specialists of different departments increased, the number of paper reports decreased. Calculations of the enterprise are always exact now, thanks to the single systems and techniques developed according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The quality of work with clients increased.

20 jobs are at the moment automated. From them:

• accounting — 9;
• warehouse — 2;
• subscriber department — 4;
• department of work with individuals — 5.
