Smartec universal buttons for control systems of access filled up ST-ER114

The line of the equipment Smartec for control systems of access was filled up in the spring of 2015 by the universal ST-ER114 buttons which are intended for an unblocking of electric locks of the normal and open or normal closed type at the doors located on escape routes. Each button of an unblocking of a door is activated by breaking a glass plate which is subject afterwards to replacement, and for an exception of accidental operation of the device — has a protective transparent plastic cover. It should be noted that on an electronic payment of ST-ER114 there are 2 contact blocks, one of which is used for a door unblocking, and the second — for the notification about operation of the button.

Activation of the button of abnormal opening of an electrical lock is quite simple, but consists of several stages for an exception of its stray keystroke. To unblock a door, it is necessary to cast away a plastic cover of the ST-ER114 body together with which the seal breaks, and then to break a glass insert then the button of an unblocking of a door either will give, or will power off the locking mechanism, depending on logic of its work. Accomplishment of all actions on an unblocking of a door does not require special skills as work of ST-ER114 is intuitive, and the place for blow is specified directly on a glass insert.

Important advantage of the new Smartec button is the possibility of its work with electrical locks of different types and producers, thanks to existence of standard NZ and NR of contacts. In other words, the button of an unblocking of a door ST-ER114 can manage electromechanical and electromagnetic locks normal and open or normal closed types, performing short circuit of contacts or their disconnection. It is important to note that ST-ER114 can be used for an unblocking of the door which is not equipped with the reader device, for example, of an emergency exit on a staircase.

Installation of the ST-ER114 button can be performed cut-in or laid on by methods, depending on wishes of the customer and technical capabilities of the premises. In the first case on site of device insertion deepening in a wall of the necessary sizes becomes previously, and in the second — the button of an unblocking of a door to fasten on a wall surface in a special mounting box. At the same time for management of an electrical lock and, respectively, an unblocking of a door, ST-ER114 it is supplied with a contact block (NZ, NR), and has a relay exit for the notification about operation of the device.

Its working capacity in the temperature range from-20 to +45 C therefore the button can be mounted in close proximity to a door of an emergency exit in not heated corridors and the foyer or, on the contrary, at the exits from production premises where technology processes are followed by considerable heat release belongs to other advantages of ST-ER114. At the same time, the button of an unblocking of a door has a heat / vlago-the protected plastic body and will reliably work at hit of direct splashes of water. For fixing of operation of ST-ER114 and an unblocking of a door of an emergency exit its relay contact can be connected to the ACS controller or directly to the attention device.
