1C: April Software automated managerial and operational accounting in Trubotorg-center LLC

April 21, 2015. The April Software company announced automation of managerial and operational accounting in Trubotorg-center LLC company.

Choosing a Solution

Having studied structure of work of Trubotorg-center LLC and a wish of leadership team of the company, specialists of Department of Implementation of 1C: Software the main business processes in the company of the Customer in terms of management accounting suggested to automate April. For automation solution 1C: Trade Management 8 was selected.

Project Progress

Application solution 1C: Trade Management 8 is expected maintaining all types of trade and trade operations. In this program basic functions of accounting are implemented, beginning from maintaining reference books, input of primary documents before obtaining different analytical reports. It allows to keep full management accounting on trade enterprise in general.

Accounting and tax accounting and also preparation and sending the regulated reporting were decided to be automated using the program Enterprise accounting.

1C systems were successfully implemented in the operating system of the company. Implementation of 1C allowed to arrange and facilitate daily work of staff of Trubotorg-center LLC considerably. The management, in turn, received relevant reports on the done work in the order.

Specialists of 1C Company: April Software individual training on work in 1C: Trade Management directly on data of the customer was provided.

After work with standard functionality of the 1C: Trade Management software product, the staff of Trubotorg-center LLC made technical specifications on additional setup and completion of the existing reports and documents, in connection with features of activity.

Specialists of department of implementation quickly made completion of 1C systems:

• Access rights to users are configured
• External printed forms are created
• Automatic departure of e-mails from 1C is configured.
