Lang Service: Electronic archive of finance documents

The electronic archive of finance documents - a product is intended for operational processing of outgoing and incoming documents, their storage, search, sending to partners and preparation for checks.

"The electronic archive of finance documents" helps to process primary accounting documents and provides:

• synchronization of documents from the accounting system in DIRECTUM and back in the formalized type approved by FTS;
• processing of the entering and outgoing documents, including their approval, signing, entering in the accounting system or * sending through the systems of exchange to partners;
• optimization of internal processes of the organization for work with documents: templates of approval promote flexible configuration of approval, and mass signing of documents accelerates their processing;
• effective work with archives of documents:
• search of primary accounting documents in details;
• formation of sets;
• fixation of history of work;
• preparation to tax and to audits;
• support out of office storage of paper originals;
• carrying out inventories;
• setting of stamps.
• the addressing documents of branches and remote divisions, for example, for control of correctness of diversity of expenses according to budget items.

On April 21, 2015 the company Lang announced Service entry into the Ukrainian market of version 2.2  of the solution "Electronic Archive of Finance Documents". In this release wishes of users and administrators are considered, the functionality is considerably expanded.

"The electronic archive of finance documents 2.2" helps to pass technical solution:

• synchronization of documents from the accounting system in DIRECTUM and back in the formalized type;

• processing of the entering and outgoing documents, including their approval, signing, entering in the accounting system or sending through the systems of exchange to partners;

• optimization of internal processes of the organization for work with documents. Templates of approval promote flexible configuration and operational document handling;

• addressing documents of branches and remote divisions.

Elena Olishevskaya, the CEO of LAN SERVIS company noted: "As a result of implementation of such technical solution in the companies notable optimization of internal workflows is reached.
