Content

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Training in group at office of the customer

Description

For the automated accounting of all divisions the Customer jointly with specialists of Intensive Center 1C-Rarus-SPb LLC made the decision on implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product. High competences and experience of Intensive Center 1C-Rarus-SPb LLC company mainly influenced the choice by the Customer as service provider.

The choice of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program was influenced mainly by following features of a product:

  • The organization of the end-to-end information system conforming to corporate, Russian and international standards and providing to financial and economic activity of the enterprise.
  • Creation of a common information space for display of financial and economic activity of the enterprise covering the main business processes.
  • A possibility of consolidation of information bases of all organizations entering into holding.
  • Ample opportunities of the analysis, planning and flexible management by resources of the company for increase in its competitiveness.
  • Existence of a large number of the tools allowing to increase efficiency of daily work of employees of all levels of an organization structure.

During the project the following subsystems were implemented:

  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Sales
  • Retail sales
  • Purchase planning
  • Purchases
  • Cash management
  • Regulated accounting

Staff of Intensive Center 1C-Rarus-SPb LLC performed the following works:

  • Carrying out inspection of all existing business processes of the enterprise.
  • Selection and implementation of the automated control system.
  • Drawing up technical specifications on necessary completions.
  • Execution of works on the made technical specifications.
  • Training and consultation of users.
  • Start of a system in trial operation.

In a project deliverable the Customer received an end-to-end automated system for display of financial and economic activity. A system was brought into commercial operation and now is actively used by the staff of the enterprise.
