SoftExpert automated accounting in state-owned federal state Institution Tulsky STs Emercom of Russia based on 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8

April 22, 2015. The SoftExpert company announced completion of automation of accounting based on software "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" in state-owned federal state Institution Tulsky STs Emercom of Russia.

Project Progress

The implementing solution "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" in state-owned federal state Institution Tulsky STs Emercom of Russia performing activity in the field of civil defense and protection of the population was carried out on December 25, 2014 by SoftExpert company. The choice of "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" was caused by existence in it of the new functionality allowing to organize accounting according to the current legislation as this solution provides accounting by all types of the public (municipal) institutions – state, budget, autonomous – for ensuring comparability of data upon transition of organization from one type in another.

Employees SoftExpert held consultation on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance, sale, installation and delivery of software products in office of the customer. Also were implemented: installation of the software solution on jobs, collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system, planning of stages of works, drawing up the job schedule, creation of interfaces and sets of user rights. Tunings of the program to start accounting were performed, the help when entering opening balances is rendered, personnel training to work in the program is provided. Besides, preferential support of "1C:ITS" is issued. The installed system is accepted in commercial operation since December 26, 2014, 5 jobs are automated.

Result

The implementing solution "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" in state-owned federal state Institution Tulsky STs Emercom of Russia allowed to automate the following business processes:

• conducting accounting document flow;
• registration and storage of the entering and outgoing primary accounting documents;
• formation of registers of accounting, standard and specialized reports with different grouping and hierarchy of data view;
• formation of the regulated accounting, tax and statistical reporting.

As a result of automation the efficiency and reliability of accounting increased and at the same time control of accounting amplified, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

Now there is a consulting and methodical help to the user of the program. Information and technology maintenance is conducted. Thus, the implemented software product successfully functions in state-owned federal state Institution Tulsky STs Emercom of Russia.
