On April 22, 2015 it became known of completion of audit of an asset management system of Baltika Brewery LLC and plan development of system implementation according to requirements of the international standard ISO 55001:2014. Works within the project were carried out by experts of NPP Spectec.
Project Results
The organizational scope of audit included the structural divisions of the headquarters of Baltika company located in St. Petersburg. At the initial stage of works for personnel of the customer provekb a seminar according to international standards of the ISO 55000 series, preparatory work – approval of criteria of audit, the program and plan of its carrying out is performed.
Provisions and requirements of the international standard ISO 55001-2014 "Asset management became criteria of audit. Management systems. Requirements". Based on these requirements, experts of NPP Spectec carried out the analysis of documentation of the existing asset management system of the customer, estimated it on compliance to requirements of the standard. Conducted examination of the structural divisions of the customer falling within scope of an asset management system regarding compliance of their activity to ISO 55001, collected appropriate certificates of audit.

Using own questionnaires, experts of NPP Spectec carried out the assessment (audit), questioning of the working group of the customer of "Asset management" ("Asset management"), organized a self-assessment of an asset management system the specialists of Baltika company involved in asset management processes.
On the basis of collected data, experts of NPP Spectec formulated observations and developed the report including the revealed discrepancies and recommendations about improvement, the plan of system implementation of asset management. Results of audit are provided on final project meeting and approved as the customer.
