Description
Relying on the existing system in the summer of 2013 the project on automation of management accounting based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was started. Obligatory project objective - ensuring implementation of the automated management accounting for the purpose of optimization of financial results of activity. By holding an open competition by service provider it was selected by Aprel Soft LLC as the company completely conforms to the stated requirements, has extensive experience of work with the large companies and also it is well staffed with highly qualified specialists. Works covered the following divisions of the enterprise:
- Management of economy and finance;
- Management of information technologies;
- Administrative legal department
- General bookkeeping department.
Within the project subsystems are put into operation:
- Budgeting:
- budget of cash flow
- income and expenditure budget
- adjustment of budgets
- Cash management
- Work with agreements
- Purchase planning
- Large deals
- Administration
The total quantity of jobs made 160.
Automation of management accounting at the enterprise will allow to achieve the following results:
- maintaining separate the cash accounting by financing sources of activity of the enterprise;
- accounting of agreements of investment and current activities of the enterprise, including transactions which are subject to approval of federal executive authorities on implementation of the rights of the owner of property of the federal state unitary enterprise;
- automate process of carrying out purchases on delivery of goods, execution of works, rendering services for needs of the enterprise, accomplishment of strategic indicators of development of the enterprise;
- provide electronic interaction of Central office and branches of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Radio Frequency Centre of Volga Federal District.
