Aeromar completed SAP implementation of ERP

On April 24, 2015 the SAP CIS company and Aeromar company announced project deliverables of the implementing solution SAP ERP implemented by SAP Consulting forces.

For high-quality maintenance of products and service before the management Aeromar there was a task to integrate all departments and financial functions of the company into a single system and to bring processes to new level. For its implementation the management tool - the SAP solution ERP is selected.

Project Results

The implementation project of a management system is complete in 9 months. Significant features of works - transition to productive operation to several stages, integration with the CBASE system existing at the enterprise regarding the basic production and transaction data and also drawing of accounts. This approach, on the one hand, allowed to reduce costs of Aeromar company, with another - provided uniform standards of support of IT technologies and successful development of an analytical system.

As a result, the company received the effective tool for acceptance of operational management decisions and implementation of essential business challenges: process improvements of purchase of goods, automatic planning, increase in operational efficiency, replenishment action and  electronic exchange of documents with  suppliers, organizations of an accurate and  operational managerial and  inventory control , etc. Moreover, in the course of implementation of technologies it was succeeded to consolidate financial and production indicators, to improve transparency of business processes and the reporting.
