For April, 2015 Biol — the leading production company which is releasing cast aluminum ware with non-stick and ceramic coating and also pig-iron ware. The Biol trademark is known in the market of ware of Ukraine, in the CIS countries and Europe and during this time proved more than 14 years as one of the most reliable suppliers.

History

1999: Creation of the company

Since 1999 in the city of Melitopol of the Zaporozhye region began the activity in the field of production of cast ware BIOL limited liability company. Number of staff was 9 people.

2000

Thanks to the fact that the command consisted of number of supporters in March, 2000 the production line on production of aluminum ware was launched. From this point sure formation of the company in the market of producers of cast ware began. For several years the enterprise from scratch took on it the noticeable place.

2003

At the expense of own profit of BIOL LLC invested in production in 2003 the Italian line of putting non-stick coating of NOVAK company was purchased and set. The BIOL company became the first, and today only, the company in Ukraine which is releasing ware with non-stick coating. From this point the range of products of the company extended at the expense of a large number of lines of frying pans, pans and poultry roasters. For drawing on ware BIOL LLC uses only high-quality coverings of the known global manufacturers, guaranteeing thereby faultless quality and environmental friendliness of manufactured goods.

2010

Doing not stand still, and following trends in the market of ware, in 2010 the company marketed cast ware with a ceramic covering. Using a ceramic covering of the German producer not containing PTFE (politetraftoretilen) the company completely satisfied requests of consumers in the production schedule of environmentally friendly ware.

2012

In 2012 the line of ware with a ceramic covering extended due to emergence in assortment of the company of a cast pan with a ceramic covering.

Start of production of cast pig-iron ware under TM "BIOL" also fell on 2012.

2013

Number of staff as of 2013 was 330 people. The range of products contains more than 300 names, it: frying pans, stewpans, pans, poultry roasters and cauldrons. Today the enterprise has own workshops on production of pressing and kokilny aluminum ware, workshop on production of pig-iron ware, painting workshop in which drawing non-stick and ceramic coverings, workshop on production of accessories, the tool shop, technical bureau, laboratory for quality check of the made ware is performed. Concentration of all production capacities, material and labor resources in one territory allow to use more effectively and economically all basic elements of production: the equipment, raw materials and materials, labor power - and on this basis to increase labor productivity and to reduce product cost.

Decade of a successful company performance of "BIOL" created it faultless image of the reliable and prospering enterprise which constantly is improved and develops. BIOL LLC annually implements in production new the article that allows it to be always relevant and demanded at consumers. The solid goods turnover of the company allows to keep an assortment matrix in an available price segment.

Main goal of the company is market saturation of Ukraine and the CIS countries high-quality and environmentally friendly products.
