Studenetsky Flour-grinding Plant LLC is one of leaders of production of agricultural products in the Penza region, is registered on September 27, 2002 and specializes in the field of production, storage and sales of products of crop production and livestock production. The company conducts productive activity in 2 areas. The structure of the company includes the head company, 6 divisions in districts of the area. Under control of the company there are more than 29 thousand hectares of the earth. The main cultures – beet, barley brewing, sunflower

For the organization of the information system providing complex financial and economic activity of Studenetsky Flour-grinding Plant LLC by the management of the enterprise the information and analytical system Agroholding is selected (a configuration based on "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise").

During system implementation works on express inspection were carried out, delivery of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management, licenses for the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, systems Agroholding (modules "Crop Production", "Livestock production", "Agroupravleniye") on 40 jobs is performed. Services in holding the exit training seminars for specialists of 6 agro-industrial divisions of the company are rendered.

On start of start of a system works on data transfer from a former system are carried out to trial operation. A system is used by the Customer for automation of the planning regulated of industry, financial accounting of the agro-industrial enterprises.

As a result of works the following subsystems were implemented and put into commercial operation:

  • Payroll calculation
  • Calculation of price-work salary for dresses
  • Personnel management
  • Cash management
  • Products cost accounting
  • Sales management and purchases.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Connection of the specialized equipment (for example, retail store equipment)
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Integration into third-party automation systems
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Individual training at office of the customer
  • Training in group at office of the customer
