"1C architect of business" implemented "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" in Sinko Group company

April 26, 2015. In Sinko Group company based on the solution "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" using specialists of "1C Architect of business" the electronic document management system on 50 jobs is unrolled. The management notes that after start of a system in the company labor costs were reduced by work with documents.

Goals and Objectives

Considerably amounts of works with documents increased, the companies were required the new automated jobs and new functionality. The outdated program did not allow to automate completely processes of work with agreements, hardly gave in to scaling. Besides, there was a need to pick up a new solution on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform: account in Sinko Group is kept using products of 1C, they well proved, and is going to develop further development of a single system of management in the company on their basis. The management of Sinko Group asked for the help in document flow optimization in company "1C Architect of business".

Project Progress

Consultants of "1C Architect of business" estimated needs of the customer and analyzed the office-work processes admitted to the companies. As a basis for new EDMS (electronic document management system) the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product was selected. The choice was caused by the fact that this solution is intended for medium-sized and large enterprises and is suitable for automation of difficult document flow in the companies with a branched organization structure.

Specialists of "1C Architect of business" helped to set and configure the new program (including access rights to different types of documents were configured), trained personnel. Using "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" in the company work with agreements (from preparation and approval of agreement revisions, accounting of accompanying documents before control of validity period and agreement performance) and also processes of accounting and document storage, maintaining the nomenclature of affairs, accounting and control of execution of instructions, a time recording is automated. In total in Sinko Group based on "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" 50 jobs were automated.

Result

Implementation of EDMS allowed Sinko Group company to reduce labor costs by consideration and approval of documents, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

Development Plans

In the nearest future the company management is going to master a number of the "anti-recessionary" reports offered by "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" for control of activity of employees, search of problem places (the reasons of deceleration of work with documents, types of problem documents, etc.). Further EDMS is going to be integrated into a single system of management and accounting which develops based on "1C:Enterprise 8" now.
