Choosing a Solution

For accounting work optimization the company executive made the decision on need of software implementation which could simplify sales accounting, the statement of primary documents and other daily transactions.

After consultation with specialists of Soft-Unity the CEO of the company made the decision on automation based on the 1C: Accounting configuration. As account in the company is kept by one accountant, the Client suited the basic version of the program which has no multi-user mode. Also it was offered to Client to set 1C Reporting service using which it is possible to send the reporting in electronic form to regulatory authorities.

Project Progress

In the approved time specialists of Soft-Unity set the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, a configuration "1C: Accounting. Basic version" and 1C Reporting service. According to the Client's wishes service engineers configured the program, then provided elementary education for the accountant.

Result

Implementation "1C: Accounting. The basic version" allowed to automate maintaining tax and accounting in the company, considerably having facilitated work of the accountant. The quantity of intermittent errors thanks to functions of autocompletion and Express check decreased. The management noted the increased efficiency of accounting, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
