Etton: Region. Accounting of the state and municipal property

Region. Accounting of the state and municipal property - a product for complex automation of activity of executive authorities regarding management of the state-owned or municipal property.

On April 27, 2015 the Etton company announced release of the solution "the Region. Accounting of the state-owned and municipal property".

The software technology is created for improvement of work of executive authorities, increase in its efficiency and functionality. A system excludes manual work of specialists, reduces time and human expenditure of resources, provides the maximum control of each object of property.

Forms for filling and introduction of documents are standardized and regulated by requirements of regulatory legal acts (software of the Russian Federation No. 447 from 16. 07. 2007, the order of the Ministry of Economic Development No. 424 from 30. 08.2011).

Functionality

• Data on objects are processed in the automated mode and centralized in a common information space.

• A system creates and stores the complete list of under control property, details, the information about owners, information on the operations performed with an object and other data.

• Instruments of financial accounting provide formation of balance of an object, accounting of its financing and control of an expense of means.

• Analytical tools allow to receive statistic reports and to predict data on municipal property in different temporary cuts.

• A system completely corresponds to import substitution policy: the software product is created on the Russian platform using modern technologies of creation of the state and information products. The structural organization of a product allows to adapt and expand quickly its functionality under the changing requirements of the industry.
